Biography
J.C. is the founder of LoyalNation and serves as strategic advisor on their board of advisors. He has been involved in this industry as a client and investor for over 10 years.

J.C. has a private investment company and currently sits on the board as a strategic advisor for five privately held companies he helped to establish. The underwriting thread linking these business interests is his desire to work with talented people he knows personally in businesses whose strategies and products add practical value to clients and can be explained and understood in two minutes. His desire to launch Loyal Nation comes from his previous experience of using loyalty programs to successfully drive customer and client behavior. He feels loyalty programs are the perfect complement and often missing link to compensation packages in order to maximize desired behavior.

Prior to his current role of board member/investor, J.C. spent 22 years in the banking industry. He founded Decision One Mortgage in 1996. The company was sold to Household International in 1999 and then again to HSBC in 2003. When he stepped down in 2005, he headed up the HSBC mortgage services platform for HSBC North America.

From 1984 to 1996, JC had worked in various capacities for First Union National Bank (later Wachovia) in their mortgage banking division.

J.C. resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
