David Schroeder serves as the President of LoyalNation, contributing in all aspects of the business with particular focus on client solution development.
Prior to LoyalNation, Schroeder spent several years as a Managing Partner of another incentive travel, rewards and recognition company. During that tenure he led sales, marketing, and operations to realize incentive systems growth of over 800% and customer elation in excess of 94% across programming. In the event space, he managed the development of official Kentucky Derby Experiences program from zero to over 2,000 packages delivered in year three. Most importantly, the product was one that customers and client were thrilled with.
Schroeder spent 15 years in financial services, working for Bank One, mortgage.com, Wachovia, and HSBC along the way. Starting out in branch management, he worked his way through roles as National Operations Manager, Product Manager, Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Online Services, and ultimately Senior Vice President of Loan Production where he managed a network of over 450 Sales Executives and 500 support staff. All of this provided David with a rich appreciation for the power of employee engagement, sales incentives, and the power of measurement in solution design.
